Description

Welded structure made of steel profiles.
The guide extends the full depth of the shelf. The front support of the guide extends beyond the front part of the sliding shelf.
Type of sliding shelf rails: full-extension telescopic rails with radial ball bearings.
The telescopic rails have a 100% extension.
Permissible load on the shelf in the extended position is 200 kg.
The shelf rails are welded to the shelf body.
The telescopic parts of the rails are reinforced with two longitudinal ties and form a frame. The mating parts of the rails are installed on the internal side perforations of the cabinet/shelf section with a 25 mm pitch.
The shelf bottom consists of profiled galvanized panels.
The sliding shelf structure includes a catch for the locking vertical rod of the central locking/anti-tilt system.
Material of the sliding shelf bodies: sheet steel.
Polymer coating in accordance with RAL. Supply contents:
Metal shelf body.
Set of full-extension telescopic rails. The plastic front panel is ordered SEPARATELY.

It is installed in cabinet housings and shelving sections 36x36Eh. The installation step is 25 mm.
