Description

Welded structure made of steel profiles.
The guide extends the full depth of the shelf. The front support of the guide extends beyond the front part of the sliding shelf.
Type of sliding shelf rails: Quick-release linear rails with radial ball bearings.
The sliding shelf rails allow mechanical load adjustment based on the shelf's degree of extension.
The adjustment is performed by setting the rear stopper of the sliding shelf in 3 different positions. The shelf has three load capacities: 50 kg, 75 kg, and 100 kg (with extension degrees of 100%, 96%, and 92%, respectively).
The shelf rails are welded to the shelf body.
The mating parts of the rails are installed on the internal side perforations of the cabinet/shelf section with a 25 mm pitch.
The shelf bottom consists of profiled galvanized panels.
The sliding shelf structure includes a catch for the locking vertical rod of the central locking/anti-tilt system.
Material of the sliding shelf bodies: sheet steel.
The coating is made of polymer material in accordance with the RAL. Supply contents:
Metal shelf body.
Set of adjustable rails. The plastic front panel is ordered SEPARATELY.

It is installed in cabinet housings 18x27Eh. The installation step is 25 mm.
